George I want to thank you for the very nice post on this board. I could feel the emotion, and it brought tears to my eyes. I had trouble with a RR a month ago. Of course there were excuses. I called the person on it, and was shocked when the 8 keys he had "lost" did make it back home to me. I admired your guts Brian, thank you for being honest. But back to you George, I am glad you spoke out, and I hope everyone on this board reads and takes heed to your message. Pat
