I don't know about the whole rack being sold. Strangely enough this chips is the VERY FIRST chip I ever put into my collection. I got it at a flea market in Nashville, TN. Since this was my first chip, I have been on the lookout for them for the last five years. I don't recall ever having seen more than one or two in all of that time including at the conventions. Since I never found any I always wondered why is was only a "K" rated chip.
I also doubt the story about the craps table. As a roulette collector I know that there is no way you are going to put 96 chips into your pockets without ripping something, much less sit at a table and eat a comped meal.
