If he walked up the next day and it was closed, there would have been someone there closing the joint and would have told him where to cash his chips. ( At least a notice on the door) Ads would have been in the newspapers also. For $9,600, he would have at least, made one phone call to gaming control. One chip I could believe but 96 of them!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have the $25, it was given to me by a BJ salesman.
BTW the $100 is a $60 chip in TCR. My guess is, someone has sold the rack into the hobby.
