Anybody notice that Paypal is now going to charge. 1.9 + 25c a transaction. That's for receiving monies. I feel like I've been taken by the old bait and switch scam. I picked Paypal because it was free. I'm not getting paid any interest for my money, that I'm sure they are using for investment purposes. I'm not sure I'm going to keep it. Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?
