...and the cost is so inexpensive. I hope the advice those contributed in these threads we had will be considered...and perhaps we won't have to rehash this Carl Cole thing over and over again. There were two people in that transaction...not one. Both should have been responsible to discuss insurance...and definitely not assume it's part of the deal.
