IF it is not offered then the person sending the chip is WITHOUT a doubt responsible for that chip getting to the buyer. In Carl's case DEAN CLARK never asked him if he wanted insurance. Dean mailed the chip, it got lost, & Dean did not make good...............Andy - Las Vegas
