I have been using and collecting slot cards ever since they first appeared in the mid-1980's. I really like them and would probably join a separate chapter, if it comes to that. However, I agree with the person that said they would prefer to see less division and more inclusion in the Club proper. I feel that a column or regular articles in the Club magazine, Casino Chip and Token News, would be a better way to go for now. That way, this aspect of collecting would be shared by more people. New Editor John Yee is looking for and encouraging the submission of quality material. James and I will be doing a regular column called "Market Report" which deals with changes in the Chip Market. I would like to see others with specialties like Silver Strikes, Slot Cards, Ashtrays, whatever, do the same. Chips are what bind us together, but these other areas could and should be represented in our magazine.
