Feedback is, for me a whole other can of worms. I have never left feedback unless I have been asked. On the other hand I have never solicited for feedback. I don't believe in feedback. I have an ebay rating of 261. I would imagine I could have a rating of about 800-1000 if after each transaction I begged for a positive feedback.

With respect to the DC transaction. I won an auction. The chip I received was no wheres near the quaility of the chip I bid on.( I could not read half of the letters on the chip. All letters could be read on the scanned chip)

I emailed DC, mentioning this 'mistake', and asked for a refund or at least the chip I actually bid on. I did not receive a reply. A week or so later I sent another email. Again no reply. After 10 or so days, I put the problem on the bb. I also showed scans of both chips. Guess what? DC got back to me later that day. HE WAS UPSET that I did such a thing. Of course I got the usual "there was a mixup, blah, blah, blah". I guess there was a one in a million chance of there being an honest mixup.

I let it drop at that point, never to deal with him again. Although I didn't leave a negative feedback (I think all feedback is near worthless) I think the fact that I completely aired it on this board, where most, if not all ebay buying club members visit, was a much better solution.

I don't wish to discuss this further. I'm usually into more happy posts. You have the facts. Like I've said before, you'll probably get a great price on chips from DC. Why? MANY BIDDERS WON'T BID ON HIS AUCTIONS ---DUH
