I don't understand it either. I want chips as bad if not worse than most. I will not deal with him. I just don't need a chip that badly.

Funny thing is, by you and I and others not dealing with him, chips are cheaper for those that do. Life ain't fair.

One last item. He currently has a Matty's Tropics up for sale. I hope the lucky bidder actually gets the chip in the scan. When I won my Matty's, I did not receive the pictured chip. Nor would he answer my email. Caveat Emptor!
