think that $25 may be somewhat high. A $10 fee with, say $5 for spouse and kids free should be enough. But a registration fee should be charged. I know of no national or regional conference in my game (law and law teaching) that does not charge a fee. If a fee is set at a high level then something should go with it--the Club chip and/or token for exampl.
