Jim, So if the person is doing it for he love of the hobby, wouldn't the hobby be better off letting the records go to the organization for preservation for future generations of chippers? Wouldn't all that truly had the best interests of the hohby at heart, allow the club to purchase the records at a modest price rather than offer to buy them for more than the club? Seems to me all we're doing is saving the records from a landfill. There is no reason they should be worth $10,000.
