Thanx for the response, Michael. As I stated in a previous post, I may have misunderstood the answer or possibly the question was not stated as I thought I heard it.

In any case, I am happy to hear that you feel even though it may not be illegal to omit certain facts that may alter the value of a chip (or any other commodity,) you do feel it is ethically immoral.

I agree that if a statement such as "here's a chip for you to bid on" without further attempting to relate it to a previous value attached before certain new facts were discovered, then no ethics or law were violated of which we were aware.

I hope the other experts feel the same way.
