I hate to say it but I overheard a dealer at the convention having a conversation with another person (who I did not recognize) concerning a complete set of $2.50 chips that he was going to pick up on Sunday morning. The one guy even called his contact at the casino and tried to get them on Saturday so that they could sell them at the convention. I have no idea as to which casino was involved but the deal sounded sleazy to me at the time. It is a shame that we have to go through things like this in the only hobby that I know of where people can be trusted.
