Pete your and Don's suggestions are both great. My problem is that usually I like to pay by postal M.O. to expedite the transaction especially ewhen i'm a first time customer. ...I suppose I could also get a copy of that M.O.through the P.O.
I think people with malice in mind can cover their tracks pretty well. They can for instance purposely eliminate or change a letter in their surname. Have a P.O. box in a different city etc. etc etc.
I have also noticed that once someone is suspended from E-bay you can no longer view their feedback either so that makes it a bit harder to locate them.
For a few bucks i'm not going to try to chase someone around the country but I would like to make others aware of their tactics if I can.
