Hi Jim,

I bought this chip and license on ebay about a year ago from William Bowman of Carson City. He said that he got them from his grandfather Len Haffey Sr. (who is listed on the license) I've shown a pic of the license and chip and if you click the link you can see one of his grandfather. I've traded them away since then.
