And I can appreciate John's feelings. But Archie is right. The casinos that are playing their little "release games" are putting the new-release dealers in a no-win situation.
I'm not sure there is an equitable way of distributing such a limited number of chips, but I think that it should be the casinos that are feeling the heat, not the dealers.
