Rich - Simply read Robert's proposal again and you will find that a chip being offered at from 66% to 80% of value is fair to both the bidder and the consignor who will then be assured of at least 66% of value. Do you want a better cut than this..or do you expect the people holding this material simply serve it to you on a silver platter...free?
