And Never Allow Them To Bid Again

I would never tolerate such tactics. I would (and
have done so in the past) end the auction as soon as I
noticed something like this. Furthermore, I would
never allow either bidder to be a participant in any
of my future auctions....and I would report their
movements to ebay.

I can very well understand a retraction by the
bidder if an error has been made, but with the many
hours some of these bidders spend at eBay...they
should realize very early on that they made such an
error and correct it at that time....but to act in
such a manner at the seller's expense should never
be tolerated.
