This is the same chip with a Frontier, Las Vegas inlay on the obverse.
I can find no evidence that the inlays have been popped out. Usually if you pop a BJ coin inlay, it is real hard to get them in tight, so they won't spin when turned between your fingers. Sometimes they won't even stay in once they are popped.

No one was trying to make money on it as I paid $10 to a dealer for it.
Question: Has anyone ever popped a coin inlay and got it back in so it is tight?

This is a North Shore chip as the Frontier never had a chip like this.
