Some sellers evidently don't know that a chip can be sent parcel post for 55 cents. Even if insurance or a delivery confirmation were added, we're still looking at about $1.50. Why does everyone think they HAVE to ship Priority mail. Better to give the buyer the option of how they want their item sent.

If you think chips are bad - go over the computer section. Some sellers there want $6 to $8 to ship an item that could also be sent as above for about $2.00. Do they all have stock in the postal system?<g>

Let's push to have sellers give the buyer a shipping option, and keep the shipping costs low. They should also keep in mind that the more the buyer has to spend on shipping, the less they will spend on the bid for the item.
