I have a tape backup. 2 tapes. Use tape 1 on Monday. Use tape 2, the following Monday. If one tape and hard drive goes bad on the same day, worst case is, I have a 2 week old back up.

I lost a hard drive last year. Restored everything including 12,000 scans in about 2 hours. It can happen at any time!!!!
