I think the periodic posting on how to clean chips & tokens is very useful. There are alternative uses. I think it would be nice if we established a "permanent" site for that information on this board, on Chequers and/or on the cc>cc board (assuming Greg ever gets the latter up and re-running].

Just a response to Greg, I think it was, who said that if the chip is worn and dirty that he leaves it alone. I remember being 9 years old and wishing my grandmother would adopt that attitude; but she would instead plunk me in the tub and with a scrub brush try to bring me back to my original shine. <g>
