I would suggest that you go up the ladder and state your case above the cage manager and get to someone higher in authority (up to V.P.) who has the power to overrule the current dumb policy that has been established in all probability by a lower level supervisor. Doesn't do any good to quit collecting because of what policy is in place today. Get it changed for the sake of tomorrow.
