I have gotten chips from Dean, very reasonable and he finds a lot of chips!!!!
I agree, he is overboard on the word rare. I guess he looks at the term as marketing, same as all casino use the term "Loose Slots".
IMO, Fran is above reproach. Everybody should sell chips as cheap as she does.
