You are right! Langworthy bought the HHL mold - changed it to HHR and issued the first chips in the HHR mold in the mid 1970's. Therefore the chip under discussion could not have been made prior to the mid 1970's.

Sorry I did not catch my error earlier. Forgot to think in terms of molds and not in terms of chips in general.<VBG>

Howdy is right the place was not licensed until 1951 and closed before the HHR mold was in use.
