I have no reason to doubt this, and it would be easy to check.
I am only questioning the $395 selling price for $131 in face, from a closed casino, being sold by the casino owners. It appears that everyone wants a piece of the action, our hobby is creating.

BTW, I do not think this is all bad. The more people that try to be involved, the better. If this mailing went out to their Hotel mailing list. That is 8 years of hotel guests, that is now aware of the hobby.
