Sam, you are going to get two answers on this one. One from LE collectors and one from non LE collectors.

There was a $25 Celine Dion in AC. You might check on the prices being ask. I am not sure how many were made.

The Caesars LV, George Burns at 500 issue(same as Dion) is selling for a pretty good price.

I collect LE's. Getting this chip or any other LE, solely for future value, may not be the way to go. Collect them because you are a collector of LE's.

Some LE's take off in value, others do not. It is hard to tell which ones will.
