Hi Jim,

To add to your second point, libel MUST be shown and proven to have caused the libelled party REAL damages. If someone says something about another in a public forum that might not be true, be it stated as fact, provable damages are the cause for a viable suit. If it doesn't hurt you (might make you mad for a while, but you can't prove actual damages), let it go. Record it, save it in any manner that you want, but let it go.
