A real bugsy chip came up on eBay about 6 to 8 months ago and if my memory serves me right it was listed with a $5 or less opening bid with no reserve price. Obviously the seller didn't know what he had but I'm sure he was happy when it sold for about $500. The condition was average and I don't think it was cancelled. My experience with ebay in the past is that truly rare chips are going for a little less than book or retail. Maybe not enough high end collectors have found ebay yet.
