Mike, what you really need to do is set up a web site. Attaching scans to your website is the only way that you can give those scans an address on the BBS. I'm sure that ATT has free web space to use for every subscriber. They might also have free downloadable software to start your own web site. .....If they don't, GET ON THE HORN AND BITCH ABOUT IT!!! They should be able to at least start you on some path in your/their drive space.
