I couldn't read all the posts in this roulette thread (my computer only has 6 gig hard drive!), so this question may have already been answered, but here goes: If taking a roulette chip that you paid for is stealing, and if a waitress who probably knows casino policy better than you(or should) sells you one is now a victim rather than an accomplis, than how are these collectible ashtrays I read about acquired, what are the people who take them classified as, and what is the role of the maid? :)
