Jerry, the ongoing discussion concerning roulette chips isn't unnecessary nor unproductive, and sure as heck isn't rhetorical. There are clear lines drawn by the issuers of these chips, and if a casino employee can be fired for helping one obtain them, a glowing note about your collection does nothing to change these lines.
