Currently, there are only two guides that I know of that list these Silver Premium Gaming tokens.

Yes there are other tokens out there. Cruise ships are very prevailent and so are Indian Casino's along with tokens from Mississippi casinos.

Unfortunately, I don't have a listing of other places that have them. Randy Mortimer might be able to help you with a listing of many of them. You can check out his web database site which includes strikes from many other states at the link I've listed below.
