Nick, There are currently 3 roulette chip designs at the Hard Rock as you described and there are 7 colors as you described of each design, but I refer to the orange variations as orange and yellow-orange. Now the rest of the story. When the casino originally opened there were 2 tables which had chips in the same colors as the present tables, but the center designs were some what different. The chips on both tables had a gold "flame" on a black background, but the design was slightly larger and there was no LAS VEGAS, NV below the design but there was a small black 1 or 2 in the design below the musical cleff.
