3RED - 3 BLUE - 3 Green and the denomination is RED not black. It was issued in 1989 not 90. I've have had 5 of the 53 known over the years. I kept one and traded the other 4 at face. I did not try to make a profit because I worked at the Four Queens. 2 others I know of was sold by a cage cashier for $200 each to a BJ dealer.
