If you or a friend can afford a cruise on one of the Cunard ships such as the Royal Viking or the QE 2, they have great ashtrays! I bought one at a flea market today for $1.50. It weighs 4 pounds, has room for cigarettes & cigars, & I think it gives you a foot massage or a back rub. It puts any of the ashtrays in Anderson's book to shame.
