Just My Point of View.
I'm a dealer/collector. I only collect Nevada Stuff.
I just got a Landmark $2 chip in Mint Condition.
Now Chip Rack says that it is worth $250. But If i but it on the market i can sell it for $500. Because it is so hard too get. I got the price from asking some fellow dealers who sold them before. Actually I have one person willing too buy it at $500. But its not for Sale this one went in my own Collection. I think Chip Rack is great for reference but many of the prices are off.
