Four men arrested at Caesars Palace stealing roulette chips. After being stripped search, police found 400 roulette chips on them. They might have got away with the chips, but the dealer announced NO MORE BETS, when she looked down to the table, there was no bets on the table. On second glance there was no chips on the table.

The picture on the front page was fuzzy, but one of the men had a yellow shirt on and a digital camera in his hand. Two others looked like twins, but they claimed to have the same name.

The culprits names were withheld until notification of next of kin.
