Take it to the Mad Money Booth in the rear of the casino along with your driver's license and they will stamp it after you fill out the bottom (name & address). Take it back to the Cashier's Cage along with ten hard-earned bucks.
They will give you fifteen cream or gray NCV chips (which lists in TCR #5
for D+ $10-$14). Pictured below are some of the chips that you might receive.
