Hey Steve,

How have you been? Have not talked to you in awhile.

This needs to be done with an image editing program. For the Mac, you can use GraphicConverter. If I remember right you use a PC. In which case you can use LView Pro. Both are shareware. You can download LView Pro from http://www.shareware.com. Both should be able to create transparent as well as interlaced (fuzzy to clear) GIFs.

For the die hard users of UNIX (aka "User Hostile Software"), you can use GIFTool.
