If you want to get the most chips in a binder, Jess, get the plastic pages made for 1 1/2" square cardboard coin holders. You get 30 pockets per page and the chips fit snugly without the need for an additional holder. The will not fall out.

The best pages are those made by Cowen, as they are more flexible than those of other manufacturer's. The best Cowens are those 3-4 years old, as they changed their plastic formulation a while back and they are now stiffer, but probably have less plasticizer in them. The PVC plasticizer is not a problem for plastic chips, but is a problem with metal coins or tokens (green slime).
