Gene, everyone's opinion has a little influence on everyone who takes the time to absorb that other person's opinion. It might be truer in this hobby than in regular everyday activities given the nature of the limits place by original sources of the hobby itself. I haven't written a price guide for obsolete chips. I have placed a value on the obsolete chips that I own. My pricing may be included in someone else's price guide as a high or low or in between appraised value.

I quess what it all boils down to is, if someone will pay what you ask for a product that you want to sell, both parties should be happy. ...then again, we return to informing novice collectors of fantasy scams.
