In the July issue of "Casino Player" there is a form that you can fill out & mail to the Ritz Carlton corporate office in Ft. Lauderdale & you will be sent a slot card. You can fax your request as well, but you do need the form. It's just as simple as signing up in a casino, & the postage is prepaid.
The magazine's theme this month is the "BEST' casino, rooms, shopping, etc. It has selected the Rio in Vegas as the best overall, but there are many other "bests". It's worth reading.
