Re: Contessa day cruise.

Hey, Guys (Amy seems to have disappeared), Give me a break! I asked those who wanted chips from the Contessa to please e-mail me before I left early in the morning. When I got home & checked my mail I had 6 requests for chips, which were time dated after I had left for the cruise. I will try to fill all requests with the chips I already had, but I may be short a few chips. I hope you all understand. If you need any Contessa chips you may want to check with Mark Lighterman, who may have a supply. I contacted those that e-mailed me with a notification of what I had. Those trades are still in the works.
I left out a very important piece of information. While at the Let it Ride table & after I hit a heart flush, with a bonus, I asked the pit boss if it was possible to get a set of roulettes for my collection. I gave him a card of mine, & he checked with the casino manager. The answer was "YES". The casino manager met me at the cage, I GAVE me a complete set of 8 color roulettes. I offered to pay him, but he declined. He also asked me for my cruise tickets, filled out some papers, & then refunded my cruise charges. What a sweet guy. I din't expect this at all & was not asking for anything other than a set of roulettes for my collection. I didn't have the heart to tell him that I had sailed for nothing on a pass that was given out on the Father's Day cruise. I learned 2 lessons. It never hurts to ask for what you want, because they can only say "No", & there are some nice people who work in some of the casinos. The Contessa staff is all class. On my next trip, I may ask to steer the ship, which I'm sure they would decline. BUT, it never hurts to ask.
