I'm rounding up a posse of lawyer friends to hunt down the persons who got me in trouble with eBay. Since it wasn't Jim Reilly, my fellow and chief conspirator, I can only conclude that it was BoPo who was up to his dasterly deeds.

But seriously, I would like to know if anyone else got the eBay threat.

My guess is that Bookdealer or one of the other sellers looked over our thread and picked up names. Mine is in upper case and shouts out loud so that may be it. But do tell me if you get added to the small list of select people that eBay warns.
