Bond Chips -- Seller "Bookdealer"

My oldest son, after we discussed my exchange with the seller "bookdealer" (posted here previously), reviewed feedback entries and wrote to bookdealer for information. Am reproducing below the message he sent me with bookdealer's response. Also, my response to my son (which includes the entire original exchange with bookdealer for anyone who missed it).

NOTICE that this guy says "they" have FIVE eBay accounts. And his boast that when eBay found out who was being complained about, eBay basically blew it off because they are big time eBay dealers (and send eBay "thousands of dollars"). I wonder if they are part of the "eBay elite" referred to in the Unofficial eBay FAQ site :

Which, BTW, if you haven't checked out yet, I suggest you do. Some interesting stuff there, too.

I Have a letter that another man sent to me about what he did to him, This guy
is a Jerk, I am not a chip dealer, we bought the chips in a collection, only
had 6 of them (all different) so we put them on ebay, 2 turned out to be what
I was told are Fantasy Chips, one person emailed me and was very nice about
it, so I pulled both off (before doing that I even added a note th the
descriptions, saying why we were pulling them off early) and the one that had
several bids on it I emailed the 2 highest bidders and told them, and they
thanked me for being honest, because they did not know....Then one day later
this jerk emails me with a nasty threatning letter calling me a theif and
fruad in so many words, so i responded back in kind, he tried to have me
kicked off of ebay, but when ebay knew it was me (i have been with them for a
year and a half (we have 5 account names) and have sent eBay several thousand
dollars (we do this as a full time business, not as a hobby) have had over
3,000 transactions on ebay, and we DO NOT RIP OFF Customers, We have been in
the collectibles Business for 19 Years with a store for 15 of those years,
eBay dismissed his claims and told us that..., This other man sent us a copy
of the letter that Runt sent to him (very Similer to what he sent to us) I
have sent printed copies of all of this to eBay.

Have you had problems with him as well?

Take Care

Hey Red, thanks for the message -- interesting distortion of the truth.
Am reproducing below our entire email exchange. See also the
description of the lot involved (eBay Item #16031449) -- it was removed
from auction on June 7th at 16:24 (the day before the scheduled
expiration of the auction and three days AFTER my first email to him).
And notice the tone of the emails; I said nothing about fraud until
after receiving his first nasty response. I also think it's interesting
that they have five eBay accounts; I didn't think that was permissible
under eBay rules.

Anyway, here's the exchange:

> Bookdealer ran an ad (eBay item 16031449) which read:
