John:
I did a bit of searching thru past issues of the club magazine, and the article
by Jim Kruse appeared in the Fall 1995 issue, on page 37.

Here were the ten rarest riverboat chips as he had listed them at that time.

1. Splash, Tunica, Ms. $2.50

2. Emerald Lady, Burlington, Iowa $2.50

3. Diamond Lady, Bettendorf, Iowa $2.50

4. Treasure Chest, Kenner, LA. $5.00 (red Paulson with blue/green inserts.

5. Casino Queen, E.St.Louis, Il. $2.50

6. Players, Lake Charles, La. $5.00 grand opening.

7. Emerald Lady, Burlington, Iowa $5.00. (red with peach and green inserts.)

8. Diamond Lady, Bettendorf, Iowa $5.00 (red with gold and orange inserts.)

9. Players, Metropolis, IL. $0.50.

10. Southern Belle, Riverbend, Ms. $2.50

He added this paragraph after the list.
I feel a strong case can be made for several other chips. These include all chips from the Dubuque Casino Belle, Southern Belle, President at Kings Landing,
Lady Luck- Tunica, plus the Casino Queen $0.50 first issue, Players Lake Charles, Contraband Days chipco, and Casino Magic- Bay St.Louis Fats Domino chipco.
