Sheldon,

Yes, on occasion chips from one roulette table can be more valuable then chips from another. Many times a casino will have 1 or more roulette tables that they never open except on weekends or holidays when they are real busy. That would tend to make the chips from that table more valuable as they aren't as readily available. Also, some tables have higher limits. For example, I would rarely walk with a stack of roulettes that cost $5 each. Instead I'd probably only take one or two.
