We clean as little as we can I use simple green & a little water with a tooth brush rise & dry asap water can hurt a chip fast & if its a heat stamp best not to even try. Now if its a over stamp it can be remove by using a finger nail polish remover inpression will stay and I use a q-tipe with a small amount of remover as its going to remove the inlay if you let it set. If you mess with a chip to much they will fall apart so its best not to try. Table gung shows use it is hard to get on a chip I feel it even adds to the value showing use on a game. New chips look good but makes me feel they are not from a casino just a stock room so ware is good new is nice but feels some what fake.
