I use Sterling's, too (got it from CT Rodgers), with a soft cloth (occasionally use a toothbrush for tough spots like the edge of coin inlay). Cleans munge nicely; also (at least partially) restores otherwise washed out appearance of clay and composition chips. Have cleaned a couple of hundred chips of all descriptions with no noticeable ill effects (I do not however rub hard on hot stamps).
